1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Media Uploader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Media Uploader is a Discord bot service that allows users to upload videos from Google Drive to Twitter/X. The Service includes:

• Automated video uploads to Twitter/X
• Queue management system
• User dashboard for tracking uploads
• Analytics and statistics

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is offered at £1.99 per month via Stripe subscription.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service usage.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and verifying your account
• Only upload content that you own or have permission to share
• Comply with Twitter/X's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
• Not share your account credentials with others

5. Content Guidelines

When using the Service, you must not upload:

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Illegal content or content that violates any laws
• Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that violates Twitter/X's Terms of Service
• Explicit, violent, or hateful content

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Third-party service disruptions (Twitter/X API, Google Drive, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any content uploaded through the Service
• We are not liable for any consequences of content posted to Twitter/X via our Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• Your usage threatens the stability or security of the Service
• We are required to do so by law

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Discord, Twitter/X, and Google Drive. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of these third-party services that may affect the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Media Uploader. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
